Ones the student fulfill the above criteria he/she can fill the ‘Application Form’ by paying Rs.500/-.
Along with the Application Form attested copies of original mark sheets & certificates of following should be attached -:
a. SSC
b. HSC
c. Graduation.
a. A candidate at the time of confirming his/her admission i.e. at the time of paying of fees will have to bring all the certificates in original for verification.
b. Candidates whose result of Final year of Degree Course is not declared at the time of admission will be admitted provisionally only on submission of Bonafide Certificate obtained from the Head of the Institution where he/she was a regular student of final year of degree course.
c. Candidate shall provide following documents -:

2. HSC
3. Graduation Mark sheets for all years.
II. Certificates
1.SSC
2. HSC
3. Graduation Certificate
4. Any other degree certificate if done
5. Leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate
6. Migration Certificate
7. Gap Certificate (if applicable on Rs.100/- stamp paper)
8. Undertaking Form
9. Demand Draft in the name of ‘MIT College of Management
